The main show lasts for 25-30 minutes!
What time should I arrive?
Please check the event pages to check what time doors open for your selected location. We’ve added an array of activities for you to enjoy before the main show begins!
Will the show be narrated?
Yes, the drone show will be narrated, enhancing the storytelling and overall experience.
Are carers eligible for free entry?
Carers can attend for free but they must provide valid proof upon entry. If no valid proof is provided or if the ID is deemed invalid, the individual will be required to purchase a full-price ticket. We will accept Carers card, Allowance letter, DLA/PIP letter, Access card (showing you require a +1).
What type of event is Neverland: The Peter Pan drone light show?
Neverland: The Peter Pan drone light show is an open-air, standing event. We encourage comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear to fully enjoy the experience.
Are carers eligible for free entry?
A complimentary carer’s ticket is available for individuals who are accompanying someone who has purchased a full-price ticket. Please note that a valid Carer’s ID must be presented at the gate for entry. If no proof of a valid Carer’s ID is provided, or if the ID is deemed invalid, the individual will be required to purchase a full-price ticket at the time of entry. We will accept Carers card, Allowance letter, DLA/PIP letter, Access card (showing you require a +1). Please email info@immersivedronelightshows.com if you need additional information.
What footwear should I wear?
Some areas of the site are on grass so we advise that you wear appropriate footwear and consider the weather.
Can I get a refund or change my ticket type?
Tickets are non-refundable in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. However, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Where possible, we may be able to offer a transfer to another Lumina Drones event/show date, subject to availability and at the Organiser’s discretion. Please contact our customer support team in advance of the event and we will do our best to assist.
Will the event go ahead if there is adverse weather?
In the event of adverse weather conditions there is a possibility that the event will be postponed to a later date. All attendees will be informed via email and SMS messaging.
Can I park at the venue?
Limited parking may be available at the venue, please see the event page for your selected location as you may be able to purchase parking as an add-on to your ticket depending on the location.
Do you do NHS or Blue light discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on Blue light cards. Please use code BL10 to redeem you discount. ID’s will be checked at the door.

Are fairground rides & the gaming stalls included in the ticket prices?
Please note that all activities, food and beverages are available to purchase separately.
Do children under 3 need a ticket?
No, children under 3 will not need a ticket and will be granted free entry to the show.
Can I bring my own food/drink?
A wide variety of food stalls and vendors will be available at the event so we kindly ask that visitors do not bring their own food or drink, with the exception of bottled water, baby food or items required for medical reasons.
