1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised by Immersive drone light shows LLC (“the Organiser”).
1.2 By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions where necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons.

2. Tickets

2.1 Tickets are required for entry to the event site.
2.2 Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) upon entry.
2.3 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from the Organiser.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone holding an invalid, duplicated, or fraudulent ticket.

3. Entry Conditions

3.1 Entry is subject to security checks and bag searches where required.
3.2 Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event staff, stewards, and security personnel.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or illegal.
3.4 Prohibited items may be confiscated.

4. Children

4.1 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
4.2 Children aged under 3 may attend free of charge unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Only two under 16s per adult, or three per pair of adults

5. Event Schedule

5.1 Event timings may be subject to change due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or weather conditions.
5.2 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to keep attendees informed of any significant changes, updates, or important event information. Notifications may be communicated through email, text message, official website or social media channels. However, it remains the responsibility of attendees to check these platforms regularly for the latest information prior to attending the event. 

6. Weather and Event Changes

6.1 Drone light shows are weather dependent and may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled if conditions are unsafe for flying.
6.2 If an event is postponed due to weather or safety considerations, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.
6.3 If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, the Organiser may offer a transfer to an alternative Immersive drone light shows LLC event subject to availability.
6.4 Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled entirely and cannot be rescheduled.

7. Food and Drink 

7.1 Attendees who have purchased a Picnic ticket may bring picnic-style (BYOP) food and non-alcoholic drinks for personal consumption unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Glass containers, bottles, and metal cutlery are not permitted on site. Any food brought onto the site must be contained in non-glass containers, and any cutlery must be plastic or wooden only. 

7.3 All items brought onto site may be subject to inspection as a condition of entry.

7.4 Alcohol brought onto site may be confiscated unless expressly permitted by the Organiser.

7.5 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry of any food, drink, or items deemed unsafe, excessive, or inappropriate for the event environment.

 

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on site (this list is not exhaustive). The Organiser may prohibit additional items where required by the premises licence, risk assessment, or safety plan.

8.1 Weapons and Dangerous Items

  • Any weapon or item capable of being used as a weapon, including knives, blades, offensive weapons, batons, pepper spray or CS spray. 
  • Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, sparklers, pyrotechnics, explosive or incendiary items. 

8.2 Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication

  • Illegal drugs, psychoactive substances, or drug paraphernalia. 
  • Alcohol (unless expressly permitted by the Organiser and/or purchased on site). 

8.3 Glass and Hazardous Materials

  • Glass bottles or containers. 
  • Excessive liquids, fuel, corrosive substances, aerosols (except small personal-care aerosols where permitted), solvents or chemicals. 
  • Laser pointers and high-powered torches. 

8.4 Drones and Radio-Controlled Devices

  • Drones, UAVs, model aircraft, or remote-controlled flying devices. 
  • Radio jammers or equipment intended to interfere with communications or navigation systems. 

8.5 Large or Disruptive Items

  • Oversized bags, hard cases, large umbrellas, signs or flags on poles, or any item likely to obstruct sightlines, crowd movement, or emergency routes. 
  • Professional recording equipment (including large lenses, tripods, or monopods) unless accredited or authorised by the Organiser

8.6 Other

  • Any item the Organiser reasonably considers unsafe, disruptive, or incompatible with the event. . 

9. Animals

9.1 Animals are not permitted on the Event site unless expressly stated within the relevant event information. Where dogs are permitted, all owners/handlers must comply with the Event Dog Welfare Rules, Conditions of Entry, and any instructions issued by the Organiser or Event staff. Registered assistance/service animals are permitted at all Events.

9.2 Assistance animals may require appropriate identification or documentation. 

9.3 Any animal brought onto the site must be kept under full control of the owner or responsible person at all times (for example on a short lead or appropriately contained). 

9.4 Owners must immediately clear any waste produced by their animal. 

9.5 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the behaviour of animals brought to the event. Liability remains with the owner or responsible person. 

 

10. Safety

10.1 Attendees must follow all safety signage and instructions given by event staff.
10.2 Restricted areas such as drone launch zones and operational areas must not be entered under any circumstances.
10.3 Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the event site.

11. Photography and Media

11.1 Photography, video recording, and live broadcasting may take place at the Event for promotional, marketing, security, and operational purposes. By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or recordings used by the Organiser and its partners across digital, social media, press, and promotional channels.

11.2 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate attendees who do not wish to be featured in close-up or identifiable promotional content where notified in advance or brought to the attention of event staff on the day. However, the Organiser cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear incidentally in crowd photography or wide-angle recordings.

 

12. Liability

12.1 Attendees enter the event site at their own risk.
12.2 The Organiser will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Event Cancellation

13.1 In the event that the Event is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public safety concerns, venue issues, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking. Where applicable, information regarding available options, including ticket transfers, rescheduled dates will be communicated to affected ticket holders. Any refunds or exchanges will be subject to the Organiser’s refund policy and any applicable terms set by the ticketing provider. 

14. Accessibility

14.1 The Organiser aims to make events accessible to all attendees.
14.2 Accessibility enquiries should be made in advance where possible.

 

15. Refund Policy 

Tickets are non-refundable in the event of rescheduling due to adverse weather, safety considerations, aviation restrictions, technical or production-related reasons, or any other circumstances outside of the Organiser’s reasonable control. In such circumstances, the event may be moved to a contingency date and all ticket holders will be notified via SMS and email using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend the contingency date, their ticket will remain redeemable for another immersive event of equivalent value, subject to availability and advance booking requirements.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that accurate and up-to-date contact information, including email address and mobile telephone number, is provided when purchasing tickets. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for missed communications resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact details.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all event safety guidelines and acknowledge the possibility of the event being rescheduled to a contingency date if required.
